Scotland - Fife to Edinburgh

As we walked to Edinburgh Castle along the Royal Mile, we were excited to find a place near here selling sushi rolls, run by an Aussie. It had been 6 months since we had eaten sushi - yum! He told us they call them 'aussie rolls' here as he is the only one that sells them.
